About Harrison
Harrison Hill is a video/photojournalist at USA Today based in Los Angeles, California. Born in Overland Park, KS, he studied Photojournalism and French at Western Kentucky University. He has interned for The Players' Tribune, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, and the US Army. In addition, after college, he participated in a 6-month French language immersion program in Aix-en-Provence, France.

Favorite Lens:
35mm. It was the lens on the first camera my father gave me in High School. I learned about photography with that lens.
Which field of photography is the most diverse? Least diverse?
There is a lack of diversity across fields, but I feel like it is improving.
What do you consider the biggest hurdle for Black photographers today?
Feeling comfortable in the industry
What is the quote that you live by?
I try to live by the lessons i've learned and mistakes i've made. One quote that stuck with me recently though was "Just do your part, and we'll be alright".
